Serious Business

You know you are serious about baking when you buy this amount of sugar and flour. I included my phone in the picture for reference. Yes, that is 10 pounds of sugar and 20 pounds of flour. You can partially blame it on my Costco membership, but it's about more than that. It's about knowing you will go through this amount of flour and sugar before too long. And I can't wait to do it!

I already have a day's worth of baking planned. Wednesday I am bringing the dessert to Natalie and Mitch's house because they are making me and John dinner.
