We don't have two cats in the yard though. Or really a yard. It's a townhouse people, what did you expect? You can see John, Maddie, and me in front of our place. And also our beloved palm tree. Gotta love California. A few people have asked me to post pictures of our house, so here they are!

Kitchen close-up. There are even more cabinets not pictured and to the left of this picture. Cabinet space is something that makes me happy. Also, I am middle-aged apparently.
Here is where I watch lots of Bravo, Food Network, and Netflix.

John's desk in the office. Mine basically looks the same except with this cool new touch lamp we got at Room & Board.
Some of our many books. It's a good thing I use the library and John uses his Kindle now, because we have way too many bookcases as it is. These are in the office, natch.
The guest bedroom. If you visit me, you can stay here! I promise we will have washed the sheets from when my parents visited.
Our bedroom. One of the walls is that dark blue color, and the other three are a faint light blue. There is not even a centimeter of space between our headboard and those two dressers. This room isn't as wide as our apartment in New York (the irony).

I love it! And want to come visit soon, now that I'll be a student and have free time :)
