Let me just say that Ghirardelli brownie mixes get my seal of approval. I hadn't used one of their mixes in awhile, but then my sweet neighbor brought over some amazing brownies and I had to know her secret. The secret is apparently the Ghirardelli brownie mixes. So for our party I picked up the chocolate chunk mix Ghirardelli makes and they were pretty delicious if I do say so myself. John had to share the secret with a few people who were raving about the brownies...they aren't from scratch, they're Ghirardelli!
Why are brownie mixes better than most from-scratch recipes?
