Stinson Beach

John and I rented a cottage in Stinson Beach last weekend for a nice little vacation. Maddie was happy to join us.

This picture pretty much sums up why and how we ended up there. A beautiful beach that allows dogs.

What could be better than that? Also, since it's the off-season it was pretty quiet there. One of the most relaxing vacations I can remember.

Here is the cute little cottage we rented. I have more pictures to share of it later. The decor ranged from adorable to hideous. Nothing if not blog-worthy.

And here is the house across the street that we wish we could afford to buy. John and I love houses with this type of modern architecture. It had a huge outdoor table behind the fence that would be perfect for barbecues with friends when the visit. If only.

Speaking of houses we covet - the house that we are obsessed with that is near our house in Mountain View apparently went on sale and sold when we weren't looking because new people were moving into it today. We are so jealous!
