Have you ever heard of second breakfast? You haven't? Well it's the meal you eat at 7:30AM after you had your regular daily oatmeal at 5:30AM and return from spinning class absolutely famished. While showering off the 18 gallons of sweat you managed to produce, you start fantasizing about scrambled eggs made with those farmers market eggs and half-and-half that never quite made it into ice cream as you planned.
