Ruh Roh

John and I are having a poker night for his work group/friends next Wednesday. I am in the process of trying to figure out exactly what I'll be making. So far the menu appears to be as follows:

Homemade Guacamole
Fresh Salsa
Firecracker shrimp
Corn Casserole
Mac & Cheese
Mexican Lasagna
Zucchini Appetizer
Key Lime Pie
Peanut Butter Pie
Sangria

So far, the only thing I have bought for the party is this.


Hence...the title of this post. I better get to work!

Update: Just made my grocery list. It has 42 items on it. Ugh.

    I was planning on making tacos for the roomies tomorrow. Your menu just blew mine out of the water.

    You seriously need a headcam while you're cooking. Kinda like puppy cam, except not as much "awwww!"
